We are gastronomy, and in our region there are 16 Michelin-starred restaurants that are world-renowned and have won numerous awards. We will gladly attend to your requests, always bearing in mind that these establishments have long waiting lists and reservations must be made well in advance. If this is not possible, we can offer you a private chef trained at the Basque Culinary Center who will cook at the hotel on request (please give at least two weeks' notice). In addition, we have extensive knowledge of the many gastronomic establishments in the surrounding area.
